I need some help on choosing between the two motherboards. The asrock one is a full atx mobo whereas the gryphon is m-atx which makes it a little less on connectivity. The reviews of both mobo's are pretty good (the asus one being a little better) but the main features I want with a mobo are these:-
1.good connectivity (both having sufficient connectivity for my usage).
2.Good for moderate oc.
3.Better bios functionality and easy to use.
4.Does not create problems when I install a hyper 212 with the ram slots.
5.MOST imp - a mobo which can last at least 2-3 years without failing.

Both mobo's have the same 3 year warranty in my country but the gryphon does cost just a little bit more than the asrock.

My planned rig - i5 4670k, Hyper 212 evo, 8 gb ram, 1tb HDD, XFX HD 7870, Corsair CX 600.

Thanks in advance :D

Might want to reconsider your choice in GPU, XFX's quality is terrible.

For me, ASRock make brilliant motherboards for an equally brilliant price. I shouldn't think yours would be any different.

But what about the bios and the software, I heard asus has AI Suite 3 which is a really good monitoring program, does asrock have something like that?

I dont really know. But Asrock has better features than the gryphon.

But if you want AI Suite III for the gryphon then take it.

Asus have better software and bios on asrock but asrock makes feature rich boards for the right price.
