I'm getting ready to build my second computer in 10 years here is the current list of what I have for my build.

CPU: Intel Core i7-3770K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor
Memory: Crucial 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1333 Memory
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: Galaxy GeForce GTX 760 2GB Video Card
Case: Rosewill CHALLENGER ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: Corsair Enthusiast 650W 80 PLUS Certified ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply
Optical Drive: LG GH24NS95 DVD/CD Writer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (OEM) (64-bit)

I will be doing photo editing and gaming with this rig.
Here is what I'm looking for in a board.
I only use one video card. I have never use two.
I don't have anything that uses usb 3.0 but would like that option.
I never use wifi I only use hard line.
I don't see me adding a sound card in the future.
I may overclock the cpu in the future. But not at this time that is why I didn't add a aftermarket cooler. So I would like a motherboard that makes that easier to do.
Finally just a overall easy to work with board

I ask some other questions at the start of this build and some of you suggest

MSI Z77A-G41 LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard with UEFI BIOS
and
AS Rock LGA1155 Intel Z77 Quad CrossFirex Quad SLI SATA3 USB3.0 A GbE MATX Motherboard Z77 PROFESSIONAL-M

But the reviews are all over the place. So is it the luck of the draw.

My goal is not to spent over $150.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
If you would vote on any of the suggestions people put up. The more people say that they like that board. The more confident I will be in buying that board.
And if you see any problems on my build please let me know.
thanks again.
