CPU Usage Peaks Please Help!

Hi People,

I have been getting CPU usage peaks for ages now, my CPU usage freezes up my pc and slows it down but when I open up task manager and look it corrects itself back to a low level usage. I can see from the chart peaks in task manager that something is wrong. Seems to be when using Internet and iTunes but I do not understand why when opening task manager then resolves the issue for a few mins, then it happens again.
Please can someone help me get rid of whatever it is causing this ??

Hi,

I am running Nortons but I also have Malwarebytes - Anti Malware

Have tried a few different ones.
