my amd fx-6100 is overheating in idle plz help

I just bought a new motherboard and now my cpu starts overheating in idle.
My cpu is Amd fx-6100 on an asus sabertooth 990fx, I have watercooling and it still overheats.

What are the temps and which cooler? Did you make sure the CPU block is completely touching the CPU? That could be the reason why the temps are high. I would take it off, clean off the thermal paste and mount it again.
