Any differences between these GPUS

hey guys im looking for a good priced 7850 2gb. Im trying to keep it under $180. I have come down to these cards

Powercolor Radeon HD 7850 2gb 256bit for $150 on amazon.

or

Gigabyte AMD Radeon HD 7850 2 GB for $180 also on amazon

Which card should i go with? For $30 more does the Gigabyte card preform better than the Powercolor?

The Gigabyte one runs cooler, while also being factory overclocked. It's worth the $30 more that you'd pay for it.
