I have a dell inspiron 15r 5520 with
i5 processor
4gb ram
Intel hd 4000

Can i install n nvidi graphic card
If not

Is it possible to run an external gpu
If yes how?

No. You can't replace/install the graphics cards on laptops without built in GPUs (Graphics processing unit) already, and even then it will cost a lot. I've also never heard of anyone using an external GPU. Sorry, but you're out of luck.
