Gtx 760 or 770 or an amd equivalent card

I hav a 6870 radeon , core i7 2600K,Asus Z68 vpro, coolermaster 430 black cabinet,coolermaster hyper..212X

I want to upgrade my graphic card.. am a bit confused on which card should i go for.. want to game at high end graphics, smooth gameplay, decent fps.. like crysys 3, upcoming bf4,CoD etc.. which 2gb card should i go for,? nvidia 760,770, or an amd equivalent of the nvidia 700 series?.. or wait for a while for the new series of cards from both comapnies.. also a sli or crossfr might b possible in future..
