Drive bay resevoir horizontal capatability

I am looking into a drive bay resevoir but the case I'm looking to install it in has horizontal drive bays(corsair air 540). Would that case work?

Im going to go with possibly, but not safely. The pump most likely wont get the flow needed/ the tubes wont be at the correct fluid levels in that case. So I would advise against it.
