New gaming rig setup - advice needed

Hey guys i'm looking to build a new gaming rig and was wondering what your thoughts were -

EVGA GeForce GTX 780 3GB Video Card
Intel Core i7-4770K Haswell 3.5GHz
Asus Maximus VI Hero ATX LGA1150 Motherboard

- I'm worried about cooling with what I have in mind. What would be an optimal case for mobo placement?
- Recommend me a CPU cooler?

I like the Haf cases (midtower works well 912 or 922) I've got my Hero in a 922, with a 4770K, for a cooler, depending on budget I'd go the Hyper 212 EVO at $35 which works great on this combo up to 4.4GHz, I jumped from that to the Cooler Master V8 GTS ($100) since I'm at 4.6 and working towards 4.8 (that's my goal anyway)

is aesthetics important for you?

do you like a watercooled cpu or/and gpu ?

can make a 2k watercooled(cpu+gpu) build for you
or
a ~1.5k pc build(same performance as 2k build) + 310$ 1440p monitor

The Noctua is a good cooler, there's quite a few good ones that would work well
