Just put in my new power supply, but computer not powering on..

Hey guys,.

So a few days ago my 650w power supply decided to just stop working,. (Not fiz, bang, pop, flash, nothing)
So i bought a Corsair cx750w, and i've just installed it into my computer and i seem to have the same problem,. sort of.
When i press the power button it spins the fans for a second and stops,. but nothing actually boots up,. no cpu activity,. or noise from the power supply etc.

What could be the issue?

Have you re-installed your front panel connector's? That would probably be your reason.
