Building first desktop need some advice

Hello, i'm new to the world of desktop building and am looking to spend around $1000 for a decent pc that will run upcoming games such as The Witcher 3 in full HD/ultra settings. I don't just want a GPU powerhouse with sub-par components but a quality system build.

Here is the build I have come up with so far.

Also, I would like to SLI the system down the road when I need the extra power (hence the 750watt PSU).
