$1100 gaming pc build I put together for another person:
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1zI7C
EDIT: AMD has really lost it on their CPU's.... Don't go AMD. To much Power comsumption, and with that much heat/power. You'll need something like an H100i or another expensive water cooler.
EDIT 2: That build I suggested is perfect for streaming.
So may i ask why the i5 4670K
is so much better than the i5 3570k?
Oh okay, i always heard that 8 core is the best for streaming because you can dedicate 4 of them straight to streaming.
8 Core better for streaming? Thats just a marketing trick. 4670K should do fine for streaming. It will also leave a bit of headroom for you to surf the web if you ever need to while your streaming.
He already has a 3570k which is the same thing as the 4670k. I feel the problem is either his internet, video card, or running multiple programs simultaneously/.
Alright Razer. Quit giving False Facts. 4670K IS NOT the same as the 3570K
Don't believe me? Check out this link:

But yeah, even Ivy Bridge is enough for streaming, but I'd recommend a 4670k, to give a bit more headroom.
EDIT: Also Z87 has more features that could help with alot of programs to.
False facts? Do you even know what a L1 and L3 cache is? That's the only reason that guy saw a decent performance increase in skyrim, yet barely a 2% difference in other applications. Streaming is far different than what an open world game uses.
"He already has a 3570K which is the same as a 4670K'
Still, gives you more headroom for Streaming.
EDIT: 4670K is better then 3570K, You couldn't find one application that makes the 4670K lesser then the 3570K.
2% performance increase for $219. Think about it.
They are the same price, if not just a SLIGHT price increase. About 2% price increase.
I think, he already has a 3570k. ( or maybe not, hard to tell from the post). If that isn't the case then maybe a 4670k would be a good choice sine he plays skyrim. Otherwise there's no point paying another $219.
I'm assuming he doesn't, thats why I even replied to the thread in the first place.
I do have a 3570k,
but i was wondering if switching to an eight core, to dedicate 4 cores strictly to streaming would be a better choice, which led to the AMD, but some people hate them some people like them its hard to decided untill you look at bench marks
My videocard isnt the best, but its also not bad, its a Saphire HD 7850 1gb, and my internet... welll probably as good as i can get it where i live, 50 download 3 upload.
