What is main use of this build?

Best price / perfoormance now is this. (for gaming)

If you do video / photo editing then Nvidia is better bet.
Then new 760 is awesome but out of your budget. GTX 650Ti boost , 660Ti is expensive. Then CTX 660 is the one for that price.

Id save bit more or wait good deal of 7870 XT or GTX 760. , GTX 760 is really good price /performance. In SLI 2* GTX 760 are really fast.
Faster than one 780 or Titan. Or as fast. But lot cheaper.

XFX are good. Look if you find cheap 550-750w.

There was in newegg sale 1000w rosewill psu but that maybe sold out.

PSU is this - http://www.coolermaster.in/product.php?product_id=6616

But are you sure above PSU is enough for my system if i go for 650 ti ?

Currently this is my system:
Cooler Master Hyper TX3 Cooler
WD Caviar Blue 500 GB HDD Internal Hard Drive (WD5000AAKX)
ASRock Z77 Extreme 6 Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance DDR3 4 GB (1 x 4 GB) PC RAM (CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9) X 2

And now i will be adding a GPU - 650 ti which spec says PSU required 450W :(
