Which things someone keep in mind while buying a new GPU and please do tell what's the difference between xfx,gigabyte,evga , are they different by their quality or the difference is something else.

evga and sapphire are considered best manufacturers for nvidia and amd respectively. Other reliable brands are gigabyte, xfx, msi, HIS

I would say that the power supply is the most important aspect, with the CPU and motherboard secondly. Third is probably price/ performance ratio.
