6950 vs gtx 650ti 2Gb amp edition(P.S the PSU is a corsair VS450)

I have the option between the ati 6950 and gtx 650 ti amp. both are used cards with still 2 years of warranty left.. i'm buying used coz i'm gettting them for 50% the price.i Wanted to know if the vs 450 can power the ati 6950 or should i settle for the slower GTX 650 ti amp.. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you

The PSU (VS 450) is worst in quality. And it has only one PCI-E 6 pin connector. So no way it can power the 6950 cause it needs 2 x 6 pin PCI-E. That left you with the only choice of GTX 650 TI which uses single pin PCI-E connector.

Go with a decent PSU, like XFX 550W pro.
