Yes, all is compatible. But there are a couple issues. I'm not sure that cooler being 6.3" tall will fit in that case. The case's width is 7.3". By the time you subtract the MB height, it will be close. And that is going to be a tight little case to work in I used it on a budget build awhile back.

Another thing is the APU. You will be buying an on-die GPU that you won't use since you have a card.

Also, the FMI/A8-3870K is a generation behind the newer Trinity and Richland. Check out prices of the Athlon X4 750K and an FM2 MB.

So what do you suggest I do?

That's fine. All will play nice together. But I don't envy you trying to work with all that PSU wiring in that little case. Especially with a top mount PSU. No room to hide any cables behind the MB tray either. Any reason why the case needs to be a mini ATX tower and not a conventional mid tower?

Does that mean my parts will not fit in that case? I dont really care how it looks outside. As long as nothings sticking out.

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1CjaQ I made a new and hopefully final one. What i want to know is if my cpu cooler is a fan or a liquid cooler and the Cougar PSU cost me 50$.
Also I finally noticed that the price difference between the cougar PSU and the XFX one is not that big so please tell me which one you prefer.

I would pick the build with the AM3+ socket MB over the build with the FM2 socket MB. Here's why; there are faster processors available for the AM3+ socket than the FM2. Now and in the future. The Phenom II X4 965BE and the Athlon X4 750K are equal in terms of gaming:
http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-cpu-review-overclock,3106-5.html
The HD 7790 and the GTX 650ti are equal as well: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-graphics-card-review,3107-7.html

But the little 350W logisys PSU is a worse choice than the Cougar, and the Cougar isn't the best choice. It'll never last and may even be too weak for your processor and gfx card when stressed out. Stay with Corsair, XFX, Seasonic, Antec, or even Rosewill when it comes to a PSU. And don't get one smaller than 500W. A cheap PSU has the bad habit of taking out other components with it when it decides to die. Use this tiered list to find yourself a dependable PSU.

(check out where Logisys falls in the list)

This is hopefully my final one after my long journey. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1FQ9R. Please tell me if there would be anything better I could get for cheaper or a tad bit expensiver.
And also this one because I live in Canada and I dont really want to ORDER anything rather than buying it so. Canadas computers has everything here. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1FU3w
Please tell me which one is better and which one is a top mount or bottom mount.

Looks like everything will work well together. I have a couple recommendations, however. Just recommendations, not changes you need to make.

1) That small mATX case with a top mount PSU is going to be miserable to try to work in. Miserable to try to deal with the long cables from the PSU; to keep them out of the way of good airflow. And the top being closed, makes it hard for the heat built up inside the case to escape. I would look for a bottom mount PSU case with a vented top. Example: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119274

In fact, going to a bigger case would make assembly a whole lot easier. An ATX mid tower would be a better choice. Then you could look at ATX boards too.

2) Are you sure you want Win8? I tried it on a desktop build and on a MS Surface Pro tablet. Never again. Took the tablet back and put Win7 back on the desktop. Win8 is about the worse thing MS has ever done to their OS. Not intuitive at all. Like using your phone w/o a touch screen to run Windows. And I'm not alone. Here's one man's opinion of it: http://www.tweakguides.com/Windows81_1.html
There's a reason MS is allowing it to be sold below retail.

Thanks but which setup would you choose to build?
And can you please suggest me a bottom mount psu under 60$ please? Thank you
