Windows 7 Gadgets wont display the full 16GB of ram whilst my compluter dose and in bios it also dose

I have reinstalled all my gadgets so they should be fine but they still give off this reading can someone please explain to me y this is happening as they used to show the full 16gb of ram

Perhaps could be a glitch with the gadget itself and might not be able to be resolved without an update, which is impossible to do now: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/gadgets
