what are the specs of the pc? is the 800 for just a cpu or everything? do you want us to post a pc build for you? what do you want to do with the build? it would be nice to know these answers. that being said if you're sticking with amd then you could easily get the fx 8350 in there. its 200 dollars then you have 600 for the rest of the build.

edit: assuming the 800 is for a cpu alone the 9590 is 850 and the 9370 is 350 those are amds best cpus. but they arent really worth the price. they are just factory overclocked 8350's, higher binned ones. most people can get their 8350 to 4.6 or 4.8 with a nice cooler anyway.

just a quick one i threw together, without case as thats all about personal taste.
its all in british sterling (as thats where i am) so i went with that $800 is about £500.
you may want to upgrade the GPU depending on what types of games you play and whether you want them all on ultra or not.
i stuck a hyper 212 evo in there as you may aswell overclock seeing as the cpu and motherboard are both designed to offer this and the hyper 212 is a decent budget air cooler, i use one in every build i do.
