U.L.N.A. cables for Noctuna NH-D14 ( noob )

just silly question

Should I use both cables for noctuna nh-d14 to lower the rpm & the noise ? ( I guess so , I just want to be sure ) Also when putting them into Y cable , I dont see any signs , so it doesnt matter in which slot of the Y cable I connect them?
