Age of Empires III compability issue in window 7 ultimate 64bit with Geforce GTX 770

Hey guys I need some help with this. I want to play the old game AOE 3 on my newly built rig but then when I try to start, a black screen appear (with music in the background) and nothing show up.

If any experts on here can spare sometimes and help me out it would be great!

Where did you download the game from so I can see if there's an FAQ section for it?

Run Task Manager and end the process "Explorer.exe" and then switch back to AOE...
After playin AOE, run Explorer.exe again through new process in task manager
