Annoying power graphic popup, I can't find the program it's tied to.

I use an Asus A53S running on Windows 7. I recently had problems with the popup graphics constantly spamming on the middle of my screen swapping from AC power to Battery. I thought it was the Power4Gear bloatware and removed it, but i'm still getting these annoying graphics. Does anyone know what program it is tied to so I can remove it?
