How to unsubscribe from email alerts from replies?

It's driving me crazy. Middle of the night 6-7 dings on my iphone.

Please help.

Top right corner is your profile name, hit the arrow -> Manage my Profile -> Forum Setttings -> uncheck "Notify me of updates by default".
That way you will only get emails about replies if you specifically state "email me updates" on the threads OP.
