I have decided on most of my build but need some advice on the graphics card or anything else i should add or cut down on.
I dont want to add money only cut down if possible, or cut down on one place and use it somewere else.

Not looking to overclock as i never have and dont think it will be nesasary to play one game on max and not do other things.

Im building to run BF4 on max graphics, not looking to multitask and run multiple games.

Processor: intel i5 4670
Motherboard: Asus sabertooth Z87, done some research and the Asus Z87-A is 120$ cheaper and it has everything i need?
RAM: 1x corsair 8GB ram (already baught)
Graphics Card: Currently looking at the Asus GTX770 GTX770-DC2OC-2GD5 2GB for $599
Hard Drive: 2TB segate
Case: Have a big nice case (already baught)
Power Supply: Gigabyte 720w (have from my old computer)
Cooling: standard CPU cooling and 5-6 case fans
DVD Burner: standard
Screen: 1 screen only the Dell U2412M LED Monitor

Is there another graphics card i should look at that will be cheaper but still run BF4 on max or do i need a better graphics card?

The 770 is more than enough to max out any upcomming game (probably, i assume, but since benchmarks are not even out results may vary) infact i would say the cheaper 760(best card for the buck = 250usd) would max it out, the 770 is more powerfull true at that maybe about 7-10% in a real world environment, it is a good buy and quite future proof, consider the 760 if you want to invest the money on something else, if not your good to go.

The GTX 770 will run any game at max settings at 1200p60. My only question is why are you paying $600 for a $400 card?

You're going to take a performance hit with only 1 stick of RAM.

You can save $50 by going with the i5-3350P. It won't bottleneck the 770.

Ok ill stick to the GTX 770 and im paying that much becuase thats how much it costs in south africa. i thought so but i couldnt get the 2x4GB ram from my supplier as hes out of stock. maybe ill use the extra money saved from the (i7 4770k to the 4670) and the (Asus sabertooth Z87 to the Asus Z87-A) and just get another 1x8GB ram and ill still have money left over to get a 128gSSD

Have you tried Amazon?

I'm a US citizen but I reside mostly in Bangkok and Manila. I use Amazon. It's much cheaper than buying locally even after paying customs and shipping. Plus, you can be sure you get what you pay for instead of a knock off.

The graphics card is the only thing i cant get cheap from my supplyer so have to out source it.
Im looking at getting one delivered to my brother in america and getting him to bring it to South Africa in december.

Would a SSD help me or not make a differance as i dont multi task and when i play games nothing else is running.

And would a 2Gb graphics card be fine or should i look at a 3 or 4GB?

edit:
The only thing ssd does in gaming is load faster, FPS should really have say in that, and anything over the 2gbvram is only worth if you plan to play on dual or triple 1080p monitors, if not the extra cash isnt worth.

Thanks for all the input

so far all i want to do is play BF4 on 1 monitor which is the dell 24" ultra sharp IPS on max graphics and nothign else running in the back ground and save money were possible.
ill stick to the Asus 770 and get my brother to bring me one and save 200$ there and just get another 1x8Gb ram for $80
