Yes it should, but for the cost of the h80i, u could go get a good air cooler for further overclocking

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... - $80 Noctua NH-U14S
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... - $80 (any color that meets ur price) Phanteks PH-TC14PE
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... - $60 (red or blue) Zalman CNPS 9900 Max
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... - $60 (any color) Phanteks PH-TC12DX
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... - $50 (cools around H100 with push pull fans) Xigmatek Dark Knight II

Ovbiously the more expensive the higher the performance id look up some benchmarks of each but all are probably better or near the h80 performance. Also make sure ur case supports the cooler height as the First 2 mentioned are huge! lol
