Statistics for Managers Using Microsoft Excel is required for my stats class.

1) Should I buy it or rent it?
2) Does anyone know if there are any differences between U.S version and the International version? Some websites claim that "Brand New copy of International Edition with same contents are US Edition. International Edition only have different ISBN & Cover. We will surely deliver fast and back it up with awesome customer service experience."

Yes, college text books are very expensive. Some solutions that come to mind:

1. If you live in the US, buy text books from Amazon and sell it back to them
2. If your college library subscribes to services like Safari/O'Reilly, some of the books that your instructor prescribes may be available on these online content providers. Usually your college provides this subscription for you, free of charge, and you merely proxy through your college library's website to get to these services. Ask your college librarian if they subscribe to Oreilly/Safari

It is better to buy the books first rather than rent as you may wind up keeping some of the text books for future reference past your education.
