My memory is too high for little to no open apps. Please help.

Hello. I am currently running at 80% of RAM memory, but I have little to no applications open. I have 6GB of RAM on my computer, an Intel core i5. 500 GB HDD, and Windows 8 64 bit.

Can go into Task manager and see what apps, services, etc are running, might want to scan for Malware (MalwareBytes) and run a virus check
