I am having problems with my wifi connection. I was previously able to connect with no problem, but recently the network stopped appearing in the Wireless Network Connection list. I can't see the network on my computer with Windows 7 or on my Macbook Pro or my cellphone. I am able to connect using the ethernet cable though.

My roommate claims he is not having any problems using the wifi.

I am completely at a loss for what to do.

Are you seeing ANY wifi networks or just not yours? Some laptops have wifi switches or keyboard combinations (Dell is often FN+F2) to turn the wifi on or off.

Thanks, for the quick response! Yes, I do see other networks, just not mine.

I read elsewhere that sometimes networks can go MIA due to a security issue with WEP. Not sure if you are using WEP, but log in to your router (probably will need to connect via cable) and remove any security passwords to the wifi.
