Andriod VS PC

hi guys i have a money issue if i will buy a strong pc or a strong smartphone
look guys i was going to get a pc with this rig

CPU : I5-4570 Haswell
VGA : Sapphire HD 7870 XT
MotherBoard : H87 Fatal1ty
Ram : 8gb from G.Skill
PSU : SeaSonic ECHO 500w

and i think this rig is awesome but 2 days ago i have seen the Samsung Galaxt S 4 and Note 10.1 N8000 and S 3 and Note 2 with my friends and my phone is galaxy pocket plus so i have problem here which one of those should i get

Galaxy S4 VS Galaxy S3 VS Galaxy Note 10.1 N8000 VS Galaxy Note 2 VS PC

which one is good and giving better experience and iam using pc for gamign and graphics photo editing... so which one is good ??

this is good point but the smart phones have a good features more than pc

In terms of more useful functions, yes, the phone is a better choice depending on your career. If your job is to test and play games, a PC is better. If you are a contractor, I doubt they care about your gaming PC at home and would rather you have a reliable phone/email/internet at all times.

You did mention that you do some photo editing. Depending on the extent of your photo editing, a PC would be a better option. If it is not that in-depth, then take a look at what the Galaxy Note 3 has to offer in terms of photo editing apps and features.
