Ram usable size (help me)

My windows is turkish language , maybe difficult to know it but please try to help :]

I have 4gb memory (2x2 kit) but as shown in picture,total 4gb usable size 1,97.Sometimes only seem total 2gb.

I tried my memories particullary in ram slot 1 they worked.But both with in slot 1 and 3 or 2 and 4 like pictures.

Help please , thanks.Sorry for my english.

I go bios memory remap is already enabled and i checked maxmemory.But anything has changed.And my bios says memory usable size 2014 mb

I cleared cmos and make default bios settings , and my bios updated.

I tried them system only started with , memories in blue sockets.Didn't start with others.And i tested memories in A1 both worked.i think problem is motherboard sockets ?
