potential post issue

hi all first time user and pc noob here requiring your expertises ...can you tell me if the gigabyte ga-970a-ud3 have built in post speaker? pc is working fine boots up works like a dream(im on it as we speak) but im not hearing the post beep.

Hi, no it does not have a on board speaker, you will need to connect the speaker from your case to the motherboards Front Panel speaker connector. I personally keep it disconnected, its annoying

ha!.. cant see one on case either although i do prefer it making no noise on boot to be honest so i suppose im looking for a fault that isnt there. Thanks for the response ;-)
