Dead micro sd not detecting in any device

Hello guys! I have a dead micro sd card which is not detecting in phone and computer. I've tried in many softwares like HP Formatting tools and other partition tools doesn't detect. And also I tried to format in command mode 'cmd' doesn't work. So could anyone tell me how to troubleshoot this in any softwares or hardwares? I'm computer hardware professional

Sir Getochkn Is there anyway to make micro sd alive from hardware instead of throwing away?
