I have the motherboard outside the case on its box, and all I have plugged in is the power connectors, one stick of ram, the CPU fan, the speaker, the front panel power switch, and the keyboard and display. I've tried all the steps from http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/261145-31-perform-steps-posting-post-boot-video-problems but to no avail. Any ideas? I could use some help. Thanks my spec are:
CPU: AMD A10-800K 3.8GHz Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard: ASRock FM2A75 Pro4-M Micro ATX FM2 Motherboard
Memory: G.Skill Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory
Storage: Kingston HyperX 3K 120GB 2.5" Solid State Disk
Case: Rosewill Challenger-U3 ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: Coolmax m500b

First I would try another stick of memory. One with not so funky timings like the model you have. Then maybe check with another PSU or get a PSU tester. There's only two components left to check, the CPU and the MB.

Edit:
Have you tried the memory in different slots?

Well I've tried two different psu's and two sticks of ram.
