Static noise in headphones when I play games on my PC, HELP!

For a few months now I have been experiencing loud high pitched buzzing/static in my headphones and sometimes speakers when i play games on my PC. PLEASE HELP ME I'M GOING INSANE!

My specs are:
Asus GTX 660 Ti, Gigabyte Z68A-D3-B3, Thermaltake V4 Black Edition, Thermaltake 500watt PSU, 8GB's RAM, Intel i7 2600k processer, 1tb Caviar Black hdd.
