Call of duty: world at war with intel hd graphics

I have a question. Can I play Call of duty: world at war with intel hd graphics, 4 GB RAM and Processor 1,5 GHZ?

And how about playing in that game with intel hd graphics 4000, 4 GB RAM and Processor 1,8 GHZ?

Can you tell me the generation of processor, for example: core2duo,core duo or i3. If your processor has 2 cores or more, i think it will handle CoD without problem. intel hd graphics 4000 are integrated in new generation processors and they have DirectX11, so i think it can run more hi-spec games.
