Controll panel virus

Can't access Control panel. When i opens control panel only icons appears can't access them either.
I found some viruses (Namely "9ee.js",8809.js....)
When i deletes them they get respawned .
My Kaspersky antivirus prompts for advanced disinfection but also fails to solve the problem
The virus is written in java i can upload its code too if necessory.
And Combo fix doesn't even RUN!

Download the free Kaspersky Rescue Disk 10 from HERE, burn it to a CD and boot from it. Then let it update its definitions and do a full scan, it will get even the most pesky bugs, although things may not all work as before if registry keys have been altered by the viruses.
