Is this a good build for next gen gaming?

I have two builds, I am building one of these for my school class, and the requirements I set for myself was "Able to handle BF4" The builds are both AMD FX series builds, because they are not the "Bulldozer" Series they are the new Piledriver series, if I am correct that is. I didn't cheap out on the GPU and I chose the case because it looks badass to me. There are two diffrent price diffrences of course, both are budgeted, and both run Windows 8 because I prefer Windows 8 to Windows 7.

$710 PC Build: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/IAmMatt907/saved/2lca

The games I am looking to play are:
BF3
BF4
Borderlands
Borderlands 2
Titanfall
Thief
Watch Dogs
Left 4 Dead 2
Minecraft
Fallout 3
Fallout: New Vegas
GTA IV
GTA V
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare
Call of Duty: Black Ops

Can my builds handle these games at high/ultra at 1080p or 720p?

P.S: There is a very small chance I will be getting a 1080p monitor since I still have my 720p monitor, but it will still be nice to know that I can play games at 1080p and High/Ultra.
