HELP! my resolution is severely messed up FIXED

As you can see i can not change my resolution back to normal because it is so messed up. The apply button isnt even showing up on screen.

Please help me i have no idea what to do and my computer is pretty much unusable right now. Thank you

press enter usually that works as the apply button

or press alt+f4, then right click on desptop- then select screen resolution, select resolution and then press enter

also you are using windows 7, right?

no actually im using vista so when i click graphic properties on desktop it takes me to that picture that i posted

Follow this even if you cant select anything on screen:
Click on start --> run type: "desk.cpl" (Without quotes). This will open the display properties do the following now:
1. Press shift and TAB once.
2. Press Right arrow key for 4 times (this will get you to settings tab)
3. Press ALT+S (Alt key and S button on your keyboard)
4. Press home on keyboard and press enter.
Here you will get the screen resolution changed click yes on it and then later you can change as desired.
I found this from a microsoft forum, It says windows xp but it works for vista also.
