I Have ASRock ConRoe1333-D667 R1.0
And I Found A Core 2 Duo E7200 Cheap !
And This Is My Mother Board Cpu's Support List !!

But I Don't Find That CPU In This List ! Does That A Problem ? Does The CPU Will Work Great ?? Please Answer Thanks

Here's what I'm thinking... version 3 of that motherboard does support that processor with BIOS version 1.70 but BIOS version 1.70 is not available for your version of the motherboard which goes from BIOS version 1.60 to 1.80 without 1.70 in between but there is another statement next to the motherboard description which reads ◾Compatible avec tous les FSB1333/1066/800/533 MHz CPUs excepté le Quad Core (◾Compatible with all FSB1333/1066/800/533 MHz CPUs except Quad Core) and since the E7200 Wolfdale is a dual core 1066 FSB CPU - I would think it should work somehow.

Here's what I suggest... contact ASRock directly and ask them to clarify the "...all *** MHz FSB CPU's..." statement. Then ask which BIOS version would work best for that CPU. It definitely falls into the conflicting information category IMO
