My computer randomly shut off during me playing a game. I think its either heat problems or the charger. Because my battery is

Im guessing its heat problems but after an hour i tried to turn in on and it sitll didnt work. Its cool and fine. So im thinking its something with the charger. Ive tried unplugging the battery and trying it without it. Please help. This is my sisters computer

Did you monitor your temps while the crash occurred? If not, you can't tell whether it's a heat problem or not.
