Select your OS.
Scroll down to LAN, click on the +.
Then, click on "Global".
This should install the proper drivers.

I re installed all the drivers from the disk the MB came with but now I get error 651 and I know its not the modem

Check if the startup type is set to Automatic, if not set it to automatic.
Click on start button, this will start the Network connection services.
Click on Apply and Ok.
Repeat the same steps for Network list service and check it it helps.
