My options are:

thank you for the reply!

no i don't think i will overclock and i am thinking of choosing

ZOTAC NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost 2 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card

and

which one of these are better choice

Corsair Vengeance DDR3 8 GB (1 x 8 GB) PC RAM (CMZ8GX3M1A1600C10)
or
G.Skill RipjawsX DDR3 8 GB (1 x 8 GB) PC RAM (F3-12800CL10S-8GBXL)

and

Samsung 840 Series 120 GB SSD for Booting os and 2 TB HDD

good combination?

1. ASUS is the most preferred GPU when you are buying GPU with aftermarket coolers, but zotac is also great!

2. Both are equally good but I'd choose corsair.

3.samsung 840 series has got lots of good reviews and would be a good choice for your OS and most frequently used programs. And a 2TB will work really good in storing your media.

Thank you once again! will remember your suggetsion's, and also by the way is it better to have cpu fan cooling or liquid cooling [Corsair H40 Cooler] if i am not overclocking?

and Good PSU?

Corsair CMPSU-600CXV2UK 600 Watts PSU

or

Seasonic ECO 600 600 Watts PSU?

You need a liquid cooler only if you are overclocking or you have a mini itx small case with inadequate cooling and very high ambient temperature

go for corsair CX600

And at last one more question

Seagate Barracuda 2 TB Desktop Internal Hard Drive (ST2000DM001)

or

WD Caviar Green 2 TB Desktop Internal Hard Drive (WD20EZRX)

which one of these is good?

and these are all component's List

Intel 3.5 GHz LGA1150 4770K i7 4th Generation Processor

ASRock Z87 Extreme4 Motherboard

Corsair Vengeance DDR3 8 GB (1 x 8 GB) PC RAM (CMZ8GX3M1A1600C10)

Samsung 840 Series 120 GB SSD Internal Hard Drive (MZ-7TD120BW)

Corsair CMPSU-600CXV2UK 600 Watts PSU

Asus NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost 2GB DDR5 Graphics Card

and as the Graphic card needs 450W the reaming watts would be efficient for other components mentioned above ?

by the way the parts are been choosen from Flipkart!

Thank you!

Go for the seagate, because WD green is a 5400rpm drive whereas the barracuda is a 7200rpm drive.

Actually the 450W which you have read is the minimum wattage of the whole powersupply required and you are going for the 600w
the TDP of a GPU denotes the power it consumes, which is around 130W for the gtx 650 ti boost
