Does unparking my cpu cores wear out the cpu?

Simple question, does unparking those cores decrease the lifetime of the entire cpu itself? I have an i5-3570K stock and yeah, all the cores are unparked and I run games at like 30 frames more than I used to.

I highly doubt it will be noticeable. The main purpose if for power consumption, and it will not wear out the CPU significantly faster. By the time the CPU wears out, you might have already considered upgrading/replacing.
