Best Bang for the buck builds?

For a project for school, I am needing to come up with some PC builds. The builds I have I think are the best bang for the buck, there are two $800 dollar builds that are AMD and Intel. And there are two $700 dollar builds that are AMD and Intel. I am looking for the best bang for the buck. Please give me some suggestions that could make it better for around the same price range. I am looking for nothing $30 dollars over budget, and under budget. Thanks!

Your not going to overclock?

I would if the budget allowed, got any really low priced fans that would work for overclocking AMD processors, they cant be more than 10 dollars though. I didn't know of any that would work, so I cant overclock, I might when I get some more money, I get paid a week after I am building, so I might hold off on building until I get paid, by a fan for MicroCenter that is down the street and overclock then. What about the builds? Cant they handle next gen?

On a 720p monitor that is, I dont have a 1080p one, not yet at least.

Probably not, I can build you one tomorrow but today I have some work to finish
