Im connected onto the interent on my windows laptop but it wont let me acess the app store or netflix and it wont let me open

This started when? Anything get added or removed before this? You need to put the post in the right field, you tried to type it all in the heading and not the actual message part, which gets cut off.

No websites open? What's the error message? Any errors on the network connections in the system tray by the clock? What have you tried already?
