I was watching something using vlc when suddenly it froze. I thought I'd close it through task manager. For some reason, task manager wouldn't pull up and then the screen blank. I didn't think too much of it and decided to manually reboot. Unfortunately, after I turned it off, my desktop wouldn't turn back on. I don't have much of an idea as to what the problem is. I did the paper clip test and it seems like the power supply is fine.
