Hello, I am going to build a computer rather soon. Here is my version of the *How to ask for a new build or upgrade advice*
The games I am looking to play are:
Farcry 3
Farcry 3: Blood Dragon
BF3
BF4
Sleeping dogs
Black Ops
Minecraft
Arma II DayZ Mod
DayZ Standalone

Approximate Purchase Date: In the next month and a half
Budget Range: $600-$700 /w OS
System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Video Editing, Homework, Surfing the internet
Are you buying a monitor: No
Do you need to buy OS: Yes
Location: Anchorage, Alaska, North America
Parts Preferences: Any
Overclocking: Maybe, if the budget allows
SLI or Crossfire: No
Your Monitor Resolution: 1024x768 or what ever 720p is
Additional Comments: Hopefully a window, looking to play next gen games. Also quiet, and nice looking. I like windows 8. I would also like a 1TB harddrive, and at least 8gb or RAM. Also a AMD FX series AMD FX 6300 or higher CPU.
And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: Because my laptop cant really run anything but Minecraft at the moment. And because I got off console, and I want to start gaming again. I also want to have the experience
and have the ability to build a computer for future advice to friends and family.
