Help me value my old system

I wanna upgrade may system in order to play assassin's creed3,cod(all version),farcry3,crysis2&3,sniper elite and gw.and i wanna istall the new 3 things
pro(phenom),mobo(ASUS M5A78L-M LX V2) and rams (ddr3).

My current components are AMD SEMPRON+asus m2a mx(pci expresss x16)+2 gb ddr2,how much can i earn from selling these old 3 components only.

Maybe $100 if you're lucky. Not high end components, so someone who knows hardware won't spend a lot of money for them.
