First Build, Looking for Opinions!

Hey everyone,
I decided to go ahead and build my first gaming PC!
I've watched a lot of videos on Youtube and I understand the basics of putting a PC together, however I have no idea if the parts I've currently chose are compatible or awful for what I need,
Bare in mind that I'll be doing some image editing, a little bit of video editing nothing to serious and gaming here and there,
I plan on ordering everything at the end of the week, I live in the UK and have around a £1800 budget,
The parts I've chosen are:
Case
Processor
Motherboard
Graphics Card
HDD
2x SSD
Ram
PSU
Sound Card
Optical Drive
Extra Fan

there is a great side called pcpartpicker.com. what they do, is you enter in all the parts and it tells you if they are compattable.
