Hi, This is my first time dealing with my bios. I have an AMD FX-8120 Eight Core Processor with an ASrock Motherboard (N68-VS3 FX). I'm getting BSOD and low frames with some games and the only solution seems to be a bios update but when I checked out the update it says its only for vista and earlier. I bought this system pre-built and it came with windows 7 (which seems weird because the bios version I'm running isn't for windows 7 either) and I cant find a way to revert back to windows vista. I'm not sure if its safe to update my bios while its windows 7. If not is there a work around?

I have Bios ver p.120 and need p.130 and so on.

Any help would be appreciated.

If you already did you research, and know that you need to update your BIOS, then you should be fine. If 1.20 works with Windows 7, then later versions should also work.
