Computer is slower, fps in games are lower and less or equal error

This happened right after I got the less or equal error, but it only happened once. Im sure this is related but how and how can I fix this?

Would need to know mobo, CPU, DRAM to give a starting point

Im not sure how to check for DRAM but I have 931 gb and I have 444 free
